Step 5: Cleaning and Sanitizing
Your walls, flooring, and ceiling will most likely require professional cleaning services after. In addition to cleaning your property’s structure, we can also clean your furniture, upholstery, clothing, and other salvageable belongings damaged by the water. Most flooding, and water damage also require professional odor removal, deodorization, and sanitation since wet materials have a very distinct odor and can be very unsanitary if not cleaned by a professional. We will have to separate your items that can be restored from the items that can't be restored. Once we have determined the salvageable from not salvageable, we then begin the cleaning, and move on to step 6.
