Commercial Mold remediation & Construction services in Edinburg,TX.

One of our Big Clients requested A Mold Remediation Service in their busiest terminal  in the City of Edinburg.

The project was divided in 3 phases :

Phase 1 was a mold remediation in the offices and hallways, we needed to build contaiments all around the premises in order to leave therest of the facility operational.

Phase 2 was the reconstruction of those offices, which were remediated in phase 1 and the cleaning of the ducts and HVAC system of the entire building.

Phase 3 was the remodel of the Lobby, this process was needed afterhours and we had 2 nights to finish the entire lobby.

It was quite a challenge to organize subcontractors and technicians at the same time, to finished both Mold remediation and Construction on time.
