Fire Damage on Mcallen,Texas

Our techs responded to a fire damaged in Mcallen, Texas.  It was an Electrical Fire that started in the garage but affected entire house with smoke. SERVPRO of Mcallen started the mitigation process with the drying and securing of the structure.  After 3 days of drying, Our production manager and  technicians  started cleaning and deodorization of  the Structure. Once this step was completed, carefully inventoried and cleaned all the  costumer  belongings .  The last stage  was the "Buildback" or Repair portion of the Loss.  After 6 weeks of date of loss, our costumer was able to return to his home. The client was very pleased with every aspect of the job process, everythig went as scheduled and they are happy they are now back in her home.  We made it "Like it never even happened."
