Fire Damage in Harlingen , Texas.

After having an electric fire in his home, this client required repair services that SERVPRO also offers.                                                                                                                                                   Working as a team with a sister Franchise, SERVPRO of McAllen was in charge of leaving the structure in preloss conditions.                                                                                                             

We had to rebuild sixty percent of the home. We started by replacing the entire electrical system, HVAC and plumbing in the structure. Due to the damages sustained, we also demolished and replaced the roofing. The home was required to pass each of the inspections through the city where it was located. The final step was to apply all the finishes such as drywall, paint, ceramic tile and wood floors.                                         

After several months of hard work, our client was able to return and enjoy the tranquility of his home.
