Fire Damage on Harlingen,TX

Our techs responded to a fire damaged in Harlingen, Texas.  It was an Electrical Fire that started in the second level of the structure but affected both levels with smoke. SERVPRO of Mcallen started the mitigation process with the drying and secureing of the structure.  After 4 days of drying, a Contents Pack-Out was initiated. Our production manager and 5 techs carefully packed and inventoried all the  costumers belongings. Once this step was completed, the structure cleaning and deodorization took place.  The last stage but no less important, was the "Build-back" or Repair portion of the Loss.  After 12 weeks of date of loss, our costumer was able to return to his home. The client was very pleased with every aspect of the job process, everything went as scheduled and they are happy they are now back in her home.  We made it "Like it never even happened."
