Water Damage in International Bridge (CBP)
SERVPRO of McAllen traveled to help to Our Fellow SERVPRO in the Laredo area.
Laredo was affected with strong winds and rains in a very short period of time. The roof of the bridge offices flew off and the structure was flooded with the rain, twenty thousand square feet of the building was affected.
Our team started the mitigation process by removing the wet materials such as baseboards, Ceiling tiles and carpets. After 2 days of demolition and prep; SERVPRO of McAllen installed two Commercial 6000 CFM Desiccant Dehumidifiers and more than 150 air movers to reach the drying goal in that the building.
Our techs left the structure ready for re-construction in a record time of 9 days.
