Water Damage in McAllen,TX

SERVPRO of McAllen received a call from one of the most recognized home builders in the area of McAllen in reference to water damaged in one of the newly built houses.

This house was ready to be inhabited by its new owner, but unfortunately overnight a group of men attempted to steal a washer. During that process produced a massive water damage in the entire house.

Our technicians started with the heavy extraction this took approximately more than two hours to pump out all the standing water. Finally with the extraction completed we proceeded to lift carpet, remove carpet pad, remove baseboards and drill holes in all affected areas.

The technicians applied antimicrobial on the entire house to disinfect, afterwards setup the necessary drying equipment.

This water mitigation job needed more than 60 pieces of drying equipment and four days of drying time to restore the structure to preloss conditions. Now the home is ready for the re-construction.
