Flooded Warehouse in Hidalgo,Texas.
SERVPRO of McAllen attended a flooded Warehouse in Hidalgo, Texas; the source of the damage was a broken fire sprinkler head which affected approximately 50,000 square feet of the warehouse & offices. They needed emergency extraction and drying services. Our trained mitigation specialists started the extraction which took four vehicles with truck mounts, 10 technicians and about 10 hours for the water to be completely withdrawn. Immediately after, our technicians began to install the necessary drying equipment. The most important request was try to don’t interrupt the daily work flow of the client . After the equipment was installed, we were able to achieve goal within the drying standard of three days. In result of our effort, we were able to have the Sony Warehouse back on operation within 12 hours of the initial loss with the minimum inconvenience on the normal activities of the Warehouse.
