SERVPRO of Mcallen received a call to perform a re-inspection after our client suffered a water damage that was Dried by a Competing "MITIGATION Company".

Our technicians found that the cabinets were kept in place with a high level of humidity and there was a risk that the walls that were trapped behind the cabinets would be affected by microbial growth.

We used an infrared camera, moisture meters and borescope camera, to find all the evidence of secondary damages caused by the improper procedures practiced by the other company.

Air scrubbers were installed and demolition of all the cabinets in the structure began, as well as the walls and insulation behind the cabinets.

An antimicrobial solution was applied, and the structure was stabilized with drying equipment.

After four days of initiating the project our client was excited and relieved that his repairs could start with no fear of Microbial issues due to this loss.
