SERVPRO of McAllen responded to an emergency call from a Gym affected with a fire damage.
When the technicians arrived found an structure over 20,000 sq ft. affected with soot, and all the first floor flooded after the firefighters mitigated the fire.
Immediately our team started with the water extraction on the first floor, after that they proceed with debris pick up and removal of wet materials.
Without power in the structure, SERVPRO of McAllen provided two 125 kw generators to support the drying equipment and the necessities of the job.
200 air movers and more than 30 LGR dehumidifiers was needed to dry the structure in 5 days.
