Fire Damage in Rio Hondo , Texas
For this project we were contacted by the Insurance carrier to provide mitigation, cleaning and pack-out services.
After the first inspection, the strategy was drawn up together with the adjuster.
It was decided to attack the inventory first for non-salvageable items, and then proceed with the pack out of the entire home.
At the end of the process of emptying the house, we continued with the demolition of drywall, the removal of the insulation, air conditioning ducts, ceramic tile, interior doors and kitchen cabinets.
It was a process that took us four weeks to complete the required demolition.
The last step was the deodorization of the structure; this step was divided in two stages.
First one was install ozone machine in the structure for 8 hours and the final step was apply one coat smoke odor blocker.
After 5 weeks of hard work, the structure was ready for the Build back.
