Fire Damage & Re-construction McAllen, Texas

SERVPRO of McAllen responded to a emergency service call in McAllen, Texas.

The client had an electrical fire which affected their entire home with soot. We immediately responded to the call.

The initial findings, our technicians had to secure the structure in which they boarded multiple windows and a hole in the roof caused by the fire. 

The next day, our team had to begin to demolish all the affected materials. As well as perform a packout of all the client's belongings. Cleaning of the structure was needed as well. 

Our team began with demolishing the entire garage area, electrical wiring, and the whole duct work system. We as well had begun the pack out of the contents, and the structure cleaning. 

At the same time, we had our construction team already replacing the roof, and spraying shellac in the attic space. 

The interior repairs were the only items pending. Once the city concluded their inspections, our client could finally move into their home once more. 

Not to mention the Insurance only gave us a time frame of 30 days to complete the job. In which we meet that objective without any problems.
