Water loss in Pharr , Texas

SERVPRO of McAllen received at 4:00 am, an emergency call from customer stating water has flooded their commercial building.

The source was the water filtration system; the system was busted and flooded 8o% of the structure, approximately 4500 sq ft of the building had one inch of standing water. 

Our team started the water extraction immediately, We used three extractors and six technicians for 3 hours just to perform the extraction.

The second step was remove the cove base and drill holes in all affected areas.

The last step was install drying equipment, We installed 65 pieces of drying equipment to reach the drying standards.
